What Causes A Hole In The Throat?

Hi, I have what look like a hole in the back of my throat near the tonsil on my right side. there was something white in that hole all day. i finally coughed it out tonight but another one quickly came inside the hole from further deep inside the hole... what is going on?

Hi, thanks for the query.
You are having follicular Tonsillitis where crypts (hole) in tonsil filled with purulent material presenting as yellowish spot at the opening of hole.
Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids & if no throat pain , fever , body ache no need to worry.
