What Causes A Knot Below The Breast After A Body Massage?
I had a body massage 4 weeks ago and I told the therapist I had a knot just below my bra line on my left side. She told me afterward it felt like fluid and not a knot. I went back 2 weeks later and she said it felt the same. She described it as like squeezing a water balloon where the water goes from one side to another...wondering if this is just inflammation or should be checked out.
