I have face big pimple in my scortum part of the body from last 2 months.... It's very itchy and not able to stop scrub ... I have visit various doctors and dermatologist ..prescribe lotion ,injection,syrup,various tablet and capsule But not satisfied with the result .... The problem of pimple in private part growing and facing continue ... Last 5 days I have use clavam 625 tab dose in morning and evening.... Result that some pimples are fine but others part not effect of 1 % ... So what i do.... Please reply me .... Arun kumar

My treatment advice is: 1. Do not squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream. 3. Take a NSAID like Ibuprofen. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like Levofloxacin, Cefadroxil and Azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Your concern may be calcinosis cutis or epidermoid cyst. Go for a biopsy for confirmation of diagnosis, and then we can evaluate the reason behind it and can plan exact management.
Do not use antibiotics, they may not help you.
