I have a large lump in front of my ear. This has been here for over a week. Last week I had my ears checked by the school nurse and she said I had lots of bubbles and needed a decongestant. I have been taking the decongestant for 8 days, and I still have the lump and pain. I realize this is probably an infected lymph node, but how long do I wait before seeing a physician?
