What Causes A Large Open Pore, Soreness And Redness In The Left Breast?

i have a sore on my left breast. It is open at skin level. The opening is just under 1/4 and is very red inside. It looks like a giant open pore or volcano. It is kind of puffy and red about 1/2 all around the opening. I would like to know if this is something minor, or do I need to see my doctor. Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
It seems that you have an infection.

I suggest that you check it with your doctor as soon as possible as they will be able to judge the cause and severity after physical examination.

I recommend :
-a physician consult
-blood tests (complete blood count, blood glucose levels)
Based on these we can have an idea as to what this is.

-keep the area clean and dry. Apply antibiotic ointment over and around it and cover with a sterile gauze till you see a doctor
I would be able to help better if I can see the wound
Please see a doctor asap
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Wish you good health
