What Causes A Large Red Spot On The Leg?
Good evening! My name is Debra. I am a 60 year old female and I have a question about a large red spot on my leg that I have had for some time. The spot isn t raised and is slightly red. Its not hot to touch, My question is is it anything to be concerned of?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having a purpuric rash on leg.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't worry, it may fade away on its own.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion if there is burning or itching.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 1 month.
If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
