hello delayed periods with abdominal cramping & light spotting could be present in early pregnancy but they can happen in other conditions also .sometimes cramping &spotting can occur just prior to normal periods since there is history of unprotected sex & ur periods r delayed I would advise you to do home urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample. if pregnancy diagnosed, spotting can be due to implantation bleeding ( it is normal light bleeding at 5 to 6 weeks due to implantation ) or ectopic pregnancy if Test line is lighter than control patient need urgent gynaecological check up. bhcg & ultrasound pelvis may also be required if she suspect ectopic pregnancy if Test line is equally dark in color as test line patient is pregnant hope this answer all your queries
