Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the leg blister and painfule lumps. After analyzing your query I can make a possibility of insect bite hypersensitivity.
It is quite important to not to touch or pinch or pop the area as it can get secondarily infected. I prefer to give an antiboitic in your kind of illness according to the body weight. you can meet a doctor and take further guidance.
Till the time you meet a doctor you can apply an antibiotic cream containing mupirocin and take antihistamine such as cetrizine.
All the best.
