What Causes A Lesion In My Left Groin For About 2 Months Which Had Pinkish Transparent Fluid Discharge?

I am a 30 year-old male and have a lesion in my left groin for about 2 months. It was a 2mm-diameter sinus at first and its size has been changing (both up/down) over time, also now there are 2 more tiny sinuses nearby. It does not bleed but discharges pinkish transparent fluid. It is almost non-painful unless it is compressed. I have a pilonidal sinus surgery history about 15 years ago but since this lesion is in my groin it confused me. Can this be a pilonidal sinus or something else like HS etc?
