What Causes A Lot Of Tension In Head,neck And Eyes?

My blood pressure was 133/77..i checkd it again like 15min later n it was 132/80 ..for the past week ive been haveing alot of tension in my head neck and eyes.when i wakeup im ok but as soon as i drink or eat its triggers it and it lasts all day..what is it

Hi,

Is your tension in head, neck and eyes associated with mental tension? Are you thinking a lot about some issues? Because the way you are describing your complaints, looks like a tension-type headache.

You should start doing mental relaxation exercises like meditation and yoga. That will hopefully improve your symptoms. In case you persist with these symptoms, let me know and some medicines can be started for the same.
