What Causes A Lump In Testicular Region?

Hi, I m very worried. I found like a pellet gun pellet sized ball above my right testicle. Ever since I noticed it I ve been getting pain in between my stomach and penis. Basically above where my pubic hair is. So right under my stomach. Also my lower back and I ve had discomfort in my testicles as well. This ball is not attached to my testical it feels like it s by the veins that attach to the testicle. It s real hard too. Please if you can help any way I d like some feedback.

I have gone through question, for better understanding of your problem, the following questions must be answered.
- Far how long it was there?
- In difficulty in urination?
- Can it be trans-illuminated?
- Is it tender?
- Associated fever?

I appears to be epidydmal cyst. it is usually asymptomatic, when gets infected it causes pain, and fever. At this time it needs treatment with antibiotics and antipyretics like paracetamol. Surgical intervention is required in large cyst and persistence of infection despite drainage. This condition is completely treatable and you will be alright in few days.
