Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of lump in throat for last one week. This lump is not having any pain and you are not having any difficulty in swallowing.

By your medical history it appears as you are having GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease). This develops because of acidity in stomach, so you may take-

1- Antacid.

2- Avoid spicy food.

3- Avoid smoking.

4- Take adequate fluid.

Probably above will solve your problem otherwise you have to consult your ENT doctor for examination of throat and necessary investigations to diagnose and manage the problem.

Regards.
