What Causes A Lump In The Right Side Of The Abdomen?
I was at a concert a couple weeks ago. There was a stage barrier, i bascially got slammed into it, and took a blow to my lower right abdomen. near my hip bone. there was pain. i guess i disregarded it. and even went running a day after..i noticed about a day after a small round lump there. it never went away. now it doesnt hurt though. could this be from getting hit? im worried because its on the right side and appendasitis runs in my family. should I be alarmed?

You may be developed post-traumatic granuloma or minute bone fracture or infection.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get x-ray pelvis then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
