What Causes A Lump In The Throat After Taking Alcohol?

Hi. I am 30 yrs old, female, 5 3 and 140 lbs with no previous medical problems. The past couple times I have drank alcohol (first time wine, second time vodka) I have experienced a lump in my throat feeling that lasts for a few days afterward. What could this be?
