What Causes A Lump Near Tonsils After Taking MDMA?
I took about half a gram of Mandy (MDMA) 3 nights ago and I ve had a really sore throat I rubbed some of the crystals into my cheeks and now today I ve only just realised I ve got a lump beside my tonsil which feels like it s half way down my throat? Never experienced this before with mandy.

Yeah, this can be very very bad.
Cannot say without actually being there. There are not, however, many things other than a very serious infection that come to mind. This is likely to need extremely minor surgery and antibiotics but is going to require (1 day) hospital attention. It can keep going on down and it would be fatal.
