What Causes A Lump On The Foot With Severe Swelling?

My boyfriend and I were outside earlier and I m not sure if something bit him or something stabbed him, but something happened&There is a bump thing on the top of his foot and he is having severe pain and swelling around it. Any ideas of what it might be or what might help?

Hi...thanks for sharing your problem here in this forum...
I can understand your problem...your boyfriend got swelling with readness and pain on the foot...if it was abruptly enlarged and there is some sting mark this must be a bite by something ...i will advise to see the doctor...you can give him some antiallergic for time being..but he shoulg get tatnus immunization if its trauma or bite...hope you got your answer...thanks
