What Causes A Lump On The Forehead, Swollen Nose And Bloody Nostril?

I fell flat on my face this afternoon. I have a huge goose egg on my forehead, bit through my lip, have a swollen nose, one bloody nostril, and a really swore throat. Well really my whole face hurts... Is there anything I should be looking for that would indicate I need to go see a dr. I don t believe I have a concussion.

Nose bleed itself is an indication to visit your doctor as you may have fractured your nose.Please dont ignore it and meet your ent doctor soon. Meanwhile you can apply some ice over your nose,
