What Causes A Lump On The Right Side Of The Pelvic Area?

I have a lump on the right side of my pelvis, it doesn't really hurt and goes away and comes back on and off. It's been there for months now, i thought it was a fatty pocket as i was alot heavier when i first noticed it. but now i've lost alot of weight and it's still there.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma.
You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
