What Causes A Lump On The Testicle?

Hi. I discovered what I thought was a lump on my testicle about 3 weeks ago. It was at the very bottom and about the size and shape of a small rounded button. I booked an apointment with the doctor but before I could see him I felt a brief burning sensation one evening and the lump seemed to reduce in size but get harder on later inpection. The doctor has now examined me and could find no lumps. Further inspection by myself tonight in the bath leads me to believe that I have some form of blockage or infection of the Vas Diferens as it seems swollen and is tender.

What drugs/treatment do I perhaps need.

Thanks, Edd.

Hello welcome to HCM.
1.You said doctor already examined and said its normal.
2.But if you still have that feel - request your doctor for an ultrasound scan it will detect mostly all problems related to it.
3.Difficult to suggest any medication without knowing the cause, so try to evaluate further.
Any thing to ask?? Do not hesitate.
