What Causes A Lump Under My Eye Lashes?

I have this lump underneath my eye lid, i#ve had it for several months but never went doctors because it never hurt. However, if i rub my eyes if will tend to get a bit sore for around 5 minutes and then the pain will go. But recently, the lump has really started to hurt and its made my whole eyelid go red

The lump underneath eye lid can be chalazion or stye. If lump is with eye lashes then it is stye. If lash is epilated then pus will come out. Antibiotic ointment can e applied.If chalazion is underneathrequires to be surgically scooped out.Doctor is to examine and decide the procedure accosdingly.Its a simple OPD procedure.
