hello mam, actually i have a friend who recently had intercourse with his friend. but he didnot use protection ,neither did he ejaculated inside. But the matter now is that she is unsure and doubts if she would get pregnant. so she had unwanted72 tablet. normally she would have periods on 10th or 11th july. but its been around 9 days now but she is not getting any. they had intercourse on 9th. what should he do? what woulb be the reason for missing periods?
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If your friend has regular menstrual cycles, she had the intercourse during the safe period. Hence, there is no risk of conception. Please remember that there is no need for ejaculation to cause conception during the fertile or ovulation days; even the pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm. The cause of the delay in the onset of the natural period is due to the pill as it contains high dose of progestogen. Please ask her to see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
