What Causes A Missed Period And Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am female 5"4 and am 22 and the things is that I am feeling really bloated and feel sick sometimes and I have missed my period by either 1 week or 2 but am not sure. also all the symptoms I have read about seems like I am havin them. to be honest I am scared to check or am I just finking to much of it. also have had pains in my lower abdomen on both sides it just feels realli Wierd

You need to have a urine pregnancy test to rule that out.Its the correct time for the test to do to get accurate result so please do urine pregnancy test at home with early morning urine sample.
