What Causes A Missed Period Despite A Negative UPT?

Morning , my name is Pacific from Rwanda
Am a young woman who tried to concieve for 9 months.
First time I had urinal infection
I went to the hospital they gave me profenid and fixinect and polygynax
After that I wos missing my period for 2 months without pregnant
I also returned to that doctor he gave me duphaston after took it I had period for 4 months and now I also miss it in this month and I tried to use pregnancy test it marks negative.
And now I really need your help thank u

In my opinion it can be coz of hormonal imbalance....get u r hormonal levels checked plus get usg done to rule out pcos. .and in hormonal levels get lh and fsh checked..
