Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The pregnancy test being -ve after 1 week of expected DATE of menses excludes pregnancy. It seems the delay was due to your pod.
In such case you need induction of menses by taking short course of hormones .which would start periods within 8 days of last pill. You also need treatment for PCOD to have normal menses. Consult a gynecologist for suitable cause specific medication.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
