What Causes A Missed Period When Diagnosed With A Fibroid?

Haven t had my period for the past two months only spotting did couple test but they were negative did an ultrasound but it only shows that I have a small fibroid did another pregnancy test it was positive did another one two days ago and it was negative I m confused

Hello,

First, should make sure there is no pregnancy. Get a blood pregnancy test to confirm this. Sometimes, urine pregnancy test can be confounding.

Next, you might have been pregnant but a possible accidental abortion might have occurred. This explains the first positive and later negative pregnancy tests you did.

The size of fibroid should be reevaluated again though. So, try to run these tests first before running into final conclusions.
