What Causes A Missed Period While On Frequent Use Of Plan B Pills?

Hello I had been taking plan b pills every month for about a year or more and the last time I took one was in September and that was my last period. I did have unprotected sex but he did not cum in me. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests and they all have come out negative but I still haven’t gotten my period. I have been stressed out with school.

Hello,

You should not use plan B as contraceptive. Occasionally in unexpected relation, you can be prescribed that drug. Plan B contain high dose of progesterone and so can affect your menstruation. You can wait for one to two week for menstruation. If still not come then repeat urine hcg card test and investigate with pelvis USG, thyroid profile, random sugar for further work up.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
