What Causes A Muscular Problem During Masturbation?

I am a 22yr old guy, i have a problem that when i masturbate, my right arm that i use. seems to draw up right before climax? Only two times in the last year, i have blacked out. which only seemed to happen when i was wearing a tight necklace, which i have removed?
