What Causes A Painful Brown Spot On The Clitoris?
I have a small brown spot on my clitoris it’s tender to the touch and so is the rest of my clitoris it hurts bad it’s hard for me to sleep or close my legs all the way or sit sometimes it’s a indescribable horrible pain. I also have some discharge that’s minimum and odorless and there’s irritation around my opening as well what could this be

It could be a local infection.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
