What Causes A Painful Hard Lump At Left Bottom Cheek?

Hi I have had a hard lump just under my left bottom cheek for several years, it was dark brown in colour, firm to to touch but not painful. When i sat down on it however it was excruciating. In the last few years the pain has gone so i haven t worried about it anymore but today i noticed the skin there is softening and becoming concave. I can feel a dip if i run my fingers over it. Do you know what this could be?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some salivary gland lesion like tumour or infection. Or may have lymphnode enlargement due to some reactive hyperplasia or tuberculosis. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology to diagnose the cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
