What Causes A Painful Lump In Abdomen?
I have a tender pain when I bend over or turn side to side when I stand I can put my finger on the tender spot it's a very small maybe pea size area kinda feels like a little bump it's like 1 inch above and slightly left of belly button I can't however put my finger on the pain while lying down! What could this be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have soft tissue tumour arising from abdominal wall or some infectious cyst. You should go for ultrasound to search the origin of tumour and if needed go for biopsy and take treatment accordingly.
