What Causes A Painful Lump On The Buttocks?
I noticed a hard knot like lump close to the top of my buttcrack the other day, it is completely painful to sit or to touch anywhere near it. I know notice it has spread to the other side of my buttcrack. The side it was originally on is really hard now and doesnt hurt as much and the other side is the same as the other side was with a knot and is very painful to touch and sit on. These lumps are under the skin too. It is starting ti hurt just laying on my stomach or on my side even now. Please what do I do???

From history it seems that you might be having some in grown hair follicle infection and induration and swelling is formed.
Go for one course of antibiotics medicine to prevent abscess formation.
Keep local hygiene proper.
