What Causes A Painful Lump On The Testicle?

ok husband went to doc for small lump on testicle 4 months ago. doc said sit in warm water. well I looked at it tonight for him it is differently light yellow and eraser size but now painful to him..big time. whats your thoughts on this and thank you for being online...

Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
As the lump is still there,you should certainly see an Urologist.
Pain in the swelling is indicative of an inflammation.
This is reflected in the blood tests and the scrotal doppler ultrasound scan.
You should write his age and if he's on any medication.
It needs a local examination by an Urologist.You may send a photo here.
