i had a small bump on my inner upper thigh that resembled a pimple but in a few days it grew into a abscess and was very painful with a discharge and a week later another one appeared with the same symptoms and now i have noticed a new one forming on my other thigh but its on my outter thigh area what could this be, they are very painful and they go from pimple size to a quarter coin size in a few days and start to dischare a pus like fluid and remain as a thick dense growth
