What Causes A Painful Skin Tag In A Stage 4 Breast Cancer Survivor?

Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... I am a recent breast cancer stage 4 survivor , a year out now , and I have a ( I think a skin tag) on my “bottom” that has appeared out of nowhere and is very painful . Should I see my oncologist or is it no worry ?
