What Causes A Painless Vaginal Lump On The Right Side?

Hi I have a movable painless lump the size of an almond under the skin on the right side of my vagina (I think this area is called the mons pubis?) It ie not visable, I only know it s there if I feel it.. I just had a baby 6weeks ago by c section and only noticed this lumpmthe other day. What can this be? I don t know if this is relivant but I also have s small mole on my vagina, this has been there for as long as I can remember I think.

Dear mam
It is quite possible that there may be a cyst or a mole.
More over there are glands in the vagina which can also be inflammed some times giving a feeling.
But had I been your treating doctor I would advise for a clinical examination in detail to rule out any abnormalities.
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries.
