hello. i was getting a shower this morning when i looked down and saw that my clitoris was a bit swollen.so i felt around and noticed a small lump on my clitoris lipi touched it and it moves around it hurts sometimes. when ever i sit down or move sometimes it gets really itchy

it could be folliculitis or an inflammatory reaction. do not manipulate it or scratch the lesion. if it's just an inflammation, the swelling will eventually subside in 2-3days time. if there's persistence of the lesion, it is best if you consult with a gynecologist for clinical evaluation. also, maintain a good hygiene.
