Hi,

You have painful lesions on scalp, that you feel when you touch the scalp while washing the scalp. These lesions are likely to be follicultis. You can not see the lesions. But, you can feel them, when you touch. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Short course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs might improve rhe condition. Cleanse the scalp with antiseptic like savlone liquid. Investigations are neccessary to rule out DM,HIV,anaemia or other systemic diseases. Immunity may be improved by immunoboosters. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
