What Causes A Pea Sized Lump Below The Left Breast?

Hello doctor. I have bump pea size under my skin located below my left breast, that started as a white looking dot under the skin that i could not feel. Now it is dark in the area and is the same size. It has a tiny dark pin size color in the center. What do you think? Thank you
