What Causes A Penis Shaft Lump After Unprotected Intercourse?

i had sex without a rubber friday night and last night found a lump on the inside of my skin near the bottom of my penis shaft on my penis. the girl said she was bleeding. i thought she was talking about her period but now i think it was something else.

Hello,

Lumps in the penis are commonly due lymphoceles that may appear after masturbation or sex. They may block the lymphatic system & cause UTI or pain or discomfort in the pelvic area.

However, such lumps may appear after sex with an STD infected partner(genital warts, genital herpes, syphilis, molluscum contagiosum).

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get tests done to rule out infection & STI. Get treated if reports are positive, take care.
