What Causes A Perineum Spot With Redness And Pain?
Between my anus and vagina I have a red spot. It is closer to my vagina. It feels like a splinter. It hasn t bled but when I push on the red spot it hurts like a splinter. I have never had actual intercourse but I have been fingered in both my anus and vagina.

from history it seems that you might be having some infection on the part due to fingering in vagina and anus due to some injury, soreness and minor cuts on the part.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
