Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can advise you take get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and doppler scan of scrotum, to assess the blood flow to the two testis, and to know if the undescended testis has normal growth.
Undescended testis is congenital(by birth). It's highly unlikely, to descend by taking pills. There's no medical treatment to bring it down to scrotal sac, even today.
If you send me a copy of the reports here, in my name, i can give you an expert opinion. Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
