What Causes A Popping Sound In The Shoulder?

Hi, im 14 im about "5'8" i'm about 110 pounds i have tendonitios in my right wrist and most likely in my other wrist and both me elbows also osgood-shclatter disease in both my knees(I am very athletic) but currently my issue is my right my right shoulder, whenever i rotate or try to conduct music it pops it sounds likes its air. it also kind of cracks and feels like it comes out of place or slides or something to that effect. There is no pain, just really....bugging me.
