Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I would like to know what was reported during the blood tests and the sonogram. Please let me know if thyroid profile was performed recently and if you are on any medication. Hypothyroidism can lead to scanty periods along with weight gain, which becomes another cause for hormone imbalances in turn. Appropriate thyroxine supplementation to maintain normal levels is necessary. Sudden weight changes, stress, infections and use of certain medications are other causes for delayed periods. Induction with hormones can be tried to test the endometrial response. Please maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hope this helps.
