What Causes A Prolonged Delay In Periods, Yellow Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Bloating?
Hi, I haven’t had my period for the past 4 months and I’ve been having vaginal discharge yellow color and my pee is orange like I also have fish like smell and I keep getting abdominal pain and my stomach is bloated I’m getting worried and don’t know what could be happening.

The symptoms are more consistent with infective causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.
As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.
