Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Niraj Modi's Response
As per explanation it can be due to high stress level going on with you. But if pulling at your hip from the back persist and also start radiating to legs then do one physical test that is lying on bed on your back keeping the normal side leg on bed lift the affected side leg up keeping knee straight. And see how much you are able to lift with out any difficulty. If it's not possible to do it or starts pulling and painting more visit a ortho doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. You can also visit a physio near by if ortho not available. As well at home you can also use hot pack where you have this kind of pulling feeling including your back to have sothing effect on soft tissue. Hope this was useful for you. Take care
