I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling the baby kick for a few weeks now. However, over the last few days I have been able to feel like a pulsating feeling in my vagina. Almost as though it is contracting. The feeling is different to when the baby kicks and, it seems, too far down.

The pulsating feeling in vagina is nothing but your baby kicking your bladder and you are feeling it through your vagina.It happens to most of the women.
