Hello,

Muscle stiffness, particularly in sensitive areas like the neck and face commonly occur due to tension and stress. Avoid tension, manage stress. Do exercises. Take quality sleep. Limit alcohol intake. These symptoms might also relate to neurological side effects of the medications you have been taking.

Pulsating sensation in the ear(R) is suggestive of tinnitus or pulsatile tinnitus that can be linked to increased blood pressure, and stress. Eustachian tube dysfunction also causes similar sensation due to congestion or dysfunction in this area. Get clinically examined by an ENT. You are encouraged to consult your treating doctor who has prescribed you medicines that you have been taking, inform him about the symptoms you are experiencing.

Your treating doctor may monitor or reduce the dose or give you medicines that'll suit you better. Oxcart that you are taking causes side effects like muscle stiffness, dizziness, or tingling sensations. Clonafit causes side effects like drowsiness, muscle weakness, or coordination problems. Sertima that you are taking may lead to side effects like tension headaches, muscle stiffness, or sensory disturbances.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
