What Causes A Pulsating Sensation In My Scalp On Bending Down?

I have had a swelling on the front of my head for two years. My Doctor was unconcerned but said to keep an eye on it. There were no further developments until recently when I started to feel a pulsating sensation in my scalp normally in the crown (not on the swelling). It seems to be more acute when I bend over. I have no pain and no other symptoms. Blood pressure normal etc. Any thoughts?

You can go with homoeopathic medicine
Belladonna 30, 4tablets 3 times a day....for 1 week....If u feel better then continue for more 1 week...& not feeling well then go with Belladonna 200, 4tablets once a day for 1 week.
