Im having pulsing feeling in my clitoris and im having thick white foam filling up my vagina im 46 what is going on and it feels like crawling ants in my clitoris also Im finding myself with hot rags to sooth it but find it being pleasurable at the same time

Your symptoms indicate a possible infection, although at this point it is difficult to predict which one exactly. For this I would recommend a visit to a doctor for a urine analysis, physical examination and a vaginal swab test.

The infection can increase sensitivity in the genital region resulting in the pleasurable feeling. I would although suggest against sexual intercourse and masturbation, although the hot rug application can help to a certain extent so I would not restrict you from continuing to feel the pleasure it brings with it.
