What Causes A Pulsing Sensation In Belly During Pregnancy?

I m 29 weeks pregnant and I ve just felt a pulsing in my belly like heartbeat only slow and strong i felt it stop and now there is no movement , I m not sure if she is sleeping or there is something wrong? I ve never experienced this and I m a bit worried ... I looked it up and it may be hiccups but I m sure it was a heartbeat, should I go to hospital or do I just wait to ring my midwife tomorrow?

Hello,
If you have failed to notice any fetal movement, you should report the matter immediately to your health care provider and get needed help. Pulsations can often be felt in pregnancy as the uterus enlarges; they can be maternal or fetal. Please take rest in left lateral position and observe fetal movements. If they are good, you can see your health care provider tomorrow, else, you need to contact your doctor immediately. Please take adequate liquids. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you safe motherhood.
